due to reasons that are beyond your control fail to receive your order or you receive it damaged we’ll give you a complete and immediate refund or send you a new order free of charge.
For items that are returned Please be aware that it can take up to 15 business days for the ordered shipped item to arrive once we have agreed to resend it.
Delivery
Recorded Delivery is the term used to describe that an order is tracked and can monitor online. If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days after it has been shipped to orders that are destined for delivery in the UK or within 14 days for any other destination in Europe If you are unable to track your order, contact us to trace your order. If we are unable to verify that the item was shipped to the address that you supplied then we’ll give you a full refund or ship an additional order upon your request.
